Overview










.Position Summary:

This position assists with the development of reports and materials that will drive strategic reviews and supplier business development, and will largely involve performing analysis of data. In addition, this role will also provide administrative support to the marketing division and assist with scheduling, clerical, and other administrative duties. This position demands strong interpersonal skills and a high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.














Responsibilities










Job Responsibilities:
Develops materials and presentations for supplier planning meetings including reports and presentations.
Requires aggregating and reviewing Focus Marketing data, internal sales data, spend data, important demographic and socioeconomic developments and pricing and category trends.
Generates ad hoc reports for marketing, sales and business planning, etc. leveraging the systems.
Develops presentations and recap that incorporate performance and trend data.
Manage the process of collecting, organizing, material/ digital images needed for programs with suppliers, as well as planning and coordinating printing, shipping and delivery deadlines for POS.
Solicits support from suppliers and manages the creative and timing of monthly mailers.
Provides administrative support to the marketing team.
Assist marketing team efforts by coordinating supplier meetings, preparing materials, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, coordinating breakfast, lunches, transportation, etc.
Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder's supervisor, may also be required.













Qualifications










High School Diploma required
Basic PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
Must be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills
Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone
